At Planet Chik, we want you to feel confident when shopping for jewelry and accessories. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
- You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom jewelry (e.g., engraved or name necklaces)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us here
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, mail it to: UNITED STATES
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For higher‑value jewelry, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift wasn’t marked as such, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
